How to Check if an Order Printer
- Open up the Brink Admin Portal by going to one of the following links:
Bibibop - https://admin.brinkpos.net/
Charleys - https://admin14.brinkpos.net/
- Select Orders on the left toolbar. Under Orders select Search Orders.

- Make sure Select Locations is selected and not All Locations. Under Select Locations you will need to enter the store number or store number. Once you see the correct location select the box next to the name.

- Once the correct location is Selected press the blue Apply Filters button.
- I would recommend using the Order Id field to search for the Order in this use case. The Order Id is the Brink Order Id that is printed on receipts. Once the correct Order is found select the Order Id to open up the Order.
- Now that the order is open scroll down slightly until you see the Order Audit box. Click on it to open the full Order Audit.

- The Printing of an Order is one of the last things done to an order so look at the end of an order to see if there is Order Printed listed in the Details column. If it is says Order Printed the Order printed. If you cannot find where it says Order Printed that means the Order did not Print.
